Dr Nadine Becken and Ute Heilig join the Supervisory Board of Münchener Hypothekenbank

The Delegates Meeting of Münchener Hypothekenbank today elected Dr Nadine Becken and Ute Heilig as new members of the Bank’s Supervisory Board. HRH Anna Duchess in Bavaria was re-elected to the Supervisory Board. She is an entrepreneur and owner of the Ducal Bavarian Brewery of Tegernsee. She has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2019.

Dr Nadine Becken is an entrepreneur. She is managing partner of Capella Vermögensverwaltung and managing partner of the investment fund company Corvus Advisory. She is also Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Becken Group. 

Ute Heilig is a member of the Board of Management of Raiffeisen-Volksbank Aschaffenburg eG. She has spent much of her career in the Cooperative Financial Network, where she has held a number of positions, including at Genossenschaftsverband Bayern.

With their demonstrated expertise and extensive industry experience, they are outstanding additions to the Board,” said Dr Hermann Starnecker, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Münchener Hypothekenbank.

Thomas Höbel, former Spokesman of the Board of Management of Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Dachau eG, stepped down from the Supervisory Board of Münchener Hypothekenbank at the end of his term. He had been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2019.

Rainer Jenniches, member of the Supervisory Board of Münchener Hypothekenbank since 2013 and Chairman of the Risk Committee, tendered his resignation, effective at the end of the 2024 Delegates Meeting, because he had stepped down from his main position as Chairman of the Board of Management of VR-Bank Bonn Rhein-Sieg eG and entered retirement.

Dr Starnecker thanked Mr Höbel and Mr Jenniches for their many years of loyal collaboration and for the services they have rendered to Münchener Hypothekenbank with their great commitment.
