Münchener Hypothekenbank integrates Warburg Hypothekenbank

M.M.Warburg & CO Hypothekenbank AG (Warburg Hypothekenbank) was successfully merged with Münchener Hypothekenbank eG on 23 June 2023. This means that the integration of Warburg Hypothekenbank was completed as planned a few weeks after the acquisition.

Warburg Hypothekenbank has been a fully owned subsidiary of Münchener Hypothekenbank since 1 June 2023.

Münchener Hypothekenbank announced the planned acquisition of Warburg Hypothekenbank on 3 November 2022. The purchase of all shares was completed on 1 June 2023.
