MünchenerHyp: Delegates Meeting postponed

Münchener Hypothekenbank eG (MünchenerHyp) has postponed this year’s   Delegates Meeting that was originally planned for 18 April 2020.

The Bank is taking this step to protect the health of its delegates against the background of measures taken to contain the coronavirus.

In addition, the postponement of the Delegates Meeting means that the appropriation of distributable income for the 2019 business year cannot be resolved for the time being. MünchenerHyp will provide information in a timely manner concerning plans to hold the Delegates Meeting.

The financial statements for 2019 were approved by the Supervisory Board on the basis of the statutory exceptions due to the Corona pandemic. On this basis, MünchenerHyp will publish its 2019 annual report on 30 April 2020.
