MünchenerHyp finances acquisition of Siemens headquarters in The Hague for Tristan Capital Partners fund

Münchener Hypothekenbank eG (MünchenerHyp) provides EUR 64.6 million financing for the purchase of the Siemens headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands, for EPISO 6, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, with local partner Timeless Investments.  

The office building is located in the central business district of The Hague and has a lettable area of around 30,000 square meters with Siemens being the main tenant. The high-quality ESG accredited asset benefits from an energy label A with the buildings being either LEED Gold or LEED Platinum certified.
