Nicole Jürgensen is MünchenerHyp’s new Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance for International Clients

Nicole Jürgensen has joined Münchener Hypothekenbank eG (MünchenerHyp) as the new Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance International Clients.

Ms Jürgensen is responsible for expanding the lending business with foreign customers who are active in the Bank's target markets of Germany, Great Britain, France, Spain, Austria, and the Benelux countries. 

"We want to increasingly assist our customers in the European property markets. We are pleased that Nicole Jürgensen has joined us with her extensive international experience and professional expertise", said Jan Polland, Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance at MünchenerHyp.

Nicole Jürgensen has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate financing, in both established and developing markets. She previously held management positions at Eurohypo and Commerzbank in particular. In addition, Ms. Jürgensen is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
